Introduction

As an Implementation Specialist with Red Team Software, I was responsible for guiding commercial construction contractors through the onboarding and implementation of their project management software. My role involved working closely with clients to understand their needs, training users remotely, and ensuring smooth software adoption across their teams. Additionally, I had the opportunity to speak at conferences, delivering training sessions to larger audiences, and sharing insights on how to optimize the use of Red Team Software. This role allowed me to leverage my passion for training, while also building strong relationships with clients, and driving the successful adoption of innovative technology.
