About Ted
I’m Ted Adams—a leader, mentor, and trainer with a career spanning public safety, commercial construction, and SaaS implementation. No matter the industry, one common thread has defined my journey: a passion for training and developing others to reach their highest potential.
My career began in public safety, inspired by my father’s service as a volunteer firefighter. From there, I became an EMT, spent 20 years in EMS, and later transitioned to a 911 Fire Department Dispatcher—a role that required sharp decision-making and seamless coordination. After starting a family, I pivoted to commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager, where I helped teams improve organization and efficiency. That role introduced me to project management software, which led to my next chapter as an Implementation Specialist in the SaaS industry, helping clients successfully onboard and adopt new technology.

At my core, I believe in integrity, impact, and mentorship. Whether leading emergency responses, guiding construction teams, or training SaaS clients, I thrive when helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
Beyond work, I’m immensely proud of my family. My wife, Ryann, and I relocated from Lexington, KY, to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, a move that has been one of our best decisions. Our twin 9-year-olds, Colton and Savannah, are thriving—Colton on the ice as a budding hockey player and Savannah in gymnastics. As for me, I’m a lifelong baseball and hockey fan, a former goalie, a travel enthusiast, and a self-professed spreadsheet nerd who loves learning new languages.
If there’s one thing I’d like you to remember about me, it’s this: I take immense pride in my public safety background and my talent for training others.
I’d love to connect! Whether you’re looking for someone with my skills and experience for an opportunity, or simply want to network and share common experiences, feel free to reach out. Let’s start a conversation!
